Service visits can be planned for a day and time that suits you. It is vital to regularly maintain your Heat Pump and Air Conditioning units to ensure that they retain their efficiency.
Service contracts
We have several servicing contract options that will allow you to choose the cover best suited to you. Please note: Underfloor heating and radiator heating are not covered under any of the service contracts. However, we do offer underfloor heating callouts as a separate, chargeable service.
Heat Pump Gold Cover
In the event of no heating and hot water a 24 hour call out from the time of notification of fault, including weekends and bank holidays. Other charges may apply.

Whether it’s a heat pump or air conditioning unit, our experienced technicians are on hand to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently. We prioritise urgent cases, especially where heating, cooling, or hot water is completely lost.
Even if you are not on a service contract, we are still here to help. Just give us a call, and we will arrange a visit at the earliest available time. Additional charges may apply for non-contracted callouts, weekend visits, or parts.
